Kaikai offers strategic and technical consulting services in the digital field. We are engaged in needs analysis, program design and implementation, project ownership and management, and evaluations. Our mission is to create social, economic and environmental impact using digital technology in Africa.
We are looking for a Project Management intern to support customer projects in design, execution, monitoring and consulting. In addition, you must have expertise in digital transformation, while actively participating in research and development to support the organization's growth.
You must have a strong digital culture, whether in specific areas such as digital transformation, e-government, digital health or digital agriculture, or as a generalist with an open and curious mind. You should also be passionate about technology and curious, with a good grasp of data management.

Responsabilities
- Support customer projects (program design, research, data analysis, project execution)
- Write follow-up reports and maintain digital project management tools
- Produce attractive documents (slides, one-pagers, reports) in French and English.
- Analyze data and create dashboards and visualizations
- Planning and execution of workshops and training sessions (face-to-face or online).
- Participate in business development activities by drafting responses to calls for tender.
- Communicate about our work in blogs, articles or tweets.

Requirements
- Previous experience in project management using digital technologies.
- Demonstrated interest in one or more areas of digital transformation: digital innovation, e-government, use of digital in education, health, agriculture.
- Training: Master's degree in technology or project management. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree + 3 years' experience.
- Experience in data collection, transformation and analysis
- Creation of dashboards, reports and other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Python and JavaScript would be an asset.
- Based in Dakar, Senegal
